  • Eligibility for Returns:
  1. Products must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Personalized, altered, or customized items cannot be returned.
  • Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and issue you a return authorization (RA) number. Please do not send any items back without obtaining an RA number.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please check all the original packaging, tags, and accessories are attached as it is in original form. Products with open or cut out tags are not accepted for returns.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective or damaged product).
  5. Tracking: We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance for the returned item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.
  6. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 Days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during the purchase in a condition where the return is due to our error.
  7. Store Credit: If the return is not due to our error and its a choice of customer to return the goods then in that condition a coupon code / voucher will be provided, and it can be used towards future purchases on our website.
  • Non-Returnable Items:The following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
    A. Undergarments, including lingerie & socks (for hygienic reasons).
    B. Earrings, ear cuffs, and other pierced jewelry.
    C. Final sale, clearance, or discounted items.
    D. Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange based on the availability of the requested item. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.
  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. We will arrange for the return of the item and provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, based on your preference and product availability.
